being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.
 
Hebrews 12:2 states “Looking onto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith”. A perfect example for the definition of the word “unique”.  Let’s see how the One full of grace and truth began to set Himself apart from all other beliefs.

I. The Problem vs. 33

              A. The Pharisees
                 B. The Pouting
II. The Pronouncement vs. 34,35
             A. There is joy in forgiveness.
                B. There is joy in My presence.
III. The Parables vs. 36-39
              A. Christianity cannot be a "patch on" religious system.
                 B. Christianity cannot be "put in" religious system.
                    C. Christianity will not be "put on" by all.
                       D. Christianity is unique in regards to 
                                 1. the birth of our Savior!
                                   2. the death of our Savior!
                                     3. the resurrection of our Savior!
                                       4. the Holy Spirit from our Savior!
                                         5. the forgiveness/grace from our Savior!

Big Idea:
Christianity is unique in that it
is all or nothing!
